Horrible updates

Ive been playing this game for a while, (Im level 64), and I used to really enjoy this game! But I decided to write this review because of the recent and horrible updates! The new updates drastically decrease the chance of getting character shards, gear, etc, and my game constantly gets error messages in the middle of battles! Now, for some reason, I cant even load into the game! It gets stuck at "loading Catina" every time. I have tried resetting my network settings, restarting my phone, and even reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to work! This game used to be great but now its a pay to win game that constantly crashes!
