Why does this always happen!

So the game is great the updates are nice yadda yadda yadda.
But two months in a row when its the last week of signing in to get the daily rewards the app will say "loading cantina" and never load. Honestly I normally play everyday its a great game but come on. Signing in to get my special rewards everyday and when the shards and crystals are the reward it wont work. Ive tried several wifi connections and my cellular and none of them worked. So that means its on Yalls side. Can you please fix this!!! Its super annoying! I even left the app on all night and it never loaded. Sincerely a major Star Wars fan
