After collecting 2520 in-game crystals I bought the most "expensive" datacard. Although the label of the datacard said that one character was guaranteed, in fact I did not fat any. I am aware of the justification you give to all the disappointed people who share this scenario, and it is hardly possible to not to notice how absurd it is. I thought the word "guaranteed" has only one literal meaning, and it meant "guaranteed", not the opposite! Liars.

EA/CG with each update is making this game worst and worst

The game itself is great - original Star Wars music, awesome graphics and animations, very good idea of duels Final Fantasy like. But... You can play only few minutes each day and micro transactions are everywhere. Every single update make this game worst. Forget about playing without spending real money every day. Its most aggressive pay to win game type I ever seen. Shame on you EA.

If you dont pay it is no fun anymore.

Imossible to compete as f2p

After current update the game is not longer playable. Dont waste You time. EA policy (there is no policy) is to change everything every few weeks and with every change the game is worst. In out Gild 15/50 left after last change.

The last update is killing the game

The game was Awesome, but turned to bad after few changed. Mods, Shields, P2W options and many other - complicated this game too much.

Dont download this crap, its only a money grab.

The game is great but the mods are meh and since the last update I constantly get notifications from the Game Center for the same achievements. Ive checked and I cant find anywhere to make them stop. This needs to be fixed.

Devs clearly do not care about the users and are just doing quick cash grabs. Completely ruined the game with the last update.

Very fun just wishing there were characters from Rebels.

I started to play SWGOH around Xmas 2015 and enjoyed it immensely. There were some good updates, some mediocre, some bad ones. But the latest mods-related fiasco is by far the worst experience I had with this game. After spending hundreds of hard earned dollars, tons of valuable in-game resources and countless hours to get the mods obtained, upgraded and properly allocated my characters are worse off than before. My raids achievements dropped, and I cannot even complete Galactic War (Which I could flawlessly before), which means Ill have no income of credits and other resources anymore. I feel cheated and robbed. Thank you, EA!

The New Version: Just for some perspective; I first downloaded this app the day after I saw The Force Awakens in theaters here in the US. I have been a loyal player all this time... The new updates were sizable in terms of sheer size but most of the additions are useless and difficult to understand. The "mods" are just plain redundant and for the most part meaningless. Its more busy work that actually takes away from the relatively simple gameplay I once enjoyed. The AI has gotten harder to the point of being ridiculous... Especially the final 3 hard battles in level five dark side. My other complaint is that of gear going to level VII and above. The requirements are astoundingly ridiculous... Example: Greedo needs 50 Mk 6 hypo syringes to upgrade? 50?! I enjoy the game for the most part but EA needs to get hip to the fact that the simpler gameplay was part of this games overall charm... PS Dengar shards need to be accessible outside the raid store and I think most of us would like to see Boosk, 4-Lom and Zuckuss... Cmon EA!
